Inna Organic offers free standard shipping on all Taiwan orders over NT$ 1,000.Β For orders under NT$ 1,000, a flat fee of NT$ 80 will be charged.
International Shipping Fee
Inna Organic offers freeΒ shipping on all international orders overΒ US$Β 180.Β For orders under US$180,Β a flat fee based on the package destinationΒ will beΒ charged. Customers areΒ alsoΒ responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border depending on your countryβs policies and regulations.Β Β

Return & Exchange - Domestic (Taiwan) Orders
Fundamental rights : According to Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan, orders made on the official website are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period.
Defects or Exceptional Quantity of Products
There is no free shipping threshold, please inform us your order number and photo via FB/@Service Email/Service Line (optional) within 7 days after receiving the goods, Customer Service will contact you within 3 working days.Β
Personal Reasons for Return or Exchange
- If the order still reaches the threshold of free shipping after return or exchange, customer service will contactΒ the Express company and take care of the delivery.Β Β
- If the order does not reach the free shipping thresholdΒ after return or exchange, customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and required toΒ shipΒ the product to the following address:Β 14F, No. 11, Section 1, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City 104, Taiwan. Inna Organic.
- Merchandise that has been opened or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.Β
- After confirming the returned products, customer service will refund or ship out the replacement products within 3 working days (Domestic order-Β convenience store pickup and cash on delivery will be refunded on the 5th of each month).Β

Every customer is entitled to a 30-day return and exchange policy for their first purchase of Inna Organic products. If your purchase is not suitable for your skin type or is causing an allergic reaction, you can, within 30 days, inform customer service via FB/LINE@/Customer Service Mailbox/Service Line (optional). Note: We can only accept Inna Organic productsΒ purchasedΒ directlyΒ throughΒ InnaΒ Organic.com. We cannot acceptΒ refund orΒ exchangeΒ requestsΒ forΒ products purchased from a third-party retailer.Β

- If the order isΒ over NT$ 1,000Β afterΒ deductingΒ the refund/exchangeΒ amount, we will take care of the return shipping fees once our customer serviceΒ teamΒ confirms your return/exchangeΒ request.Β Β
- If the order is under NT$ 1,000Β afterΒ deductingΒ the refund/exchangeΒ amount,Β theΒ shippingΒ fee for the return/exchangeΒ products will be paid by the customer.Β Β

Return & Refund - International Orders
- International orderΒ can alsoΒ enjoyΒ 7-day appreciation period andΒ First Order 30-Day Return& Exchange Policy.Β However, overseas returns and exchanges involve complicated transnational operations and logistics procedures. We only accept returns currently.Β Β

- We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed within 3 days after we receive your returned products.Β
Delivery-related Refunds β International Orders
We want your purchasing experience with Inna Organic to be as smooth as possible. If, unfortunately, you fail to receive your international order for one of the following reasons, we will do our best to assist you.

- The recipient refused to accept the parcel.Β

If a delivery problem as above occurred, we will assist you with your refund based on the total value of your order.Β Β
- Orders under US$180 : no refund
- Orders from US$181 to US$355 : 50% refund
- Orders from US$356 to US$530 : 60% refund
- Orders from US$531 to US$705 : 70% refund
- Orders from US$706 to US$880 : 80% refund
- Orders above US$881 : 90% refund
